About this Project

This project was required to follow the subdivision theme of Modern Thai which is why the whole exterior of the house was inspired by the modern houses of Thailand. The use of light and bright earth tones makes the house warm and welcoming.
This house serves as the retirement home of the owners from their years of staying in the city. The house had six spacious bedrooms with ensuites. The projects feature the owner’s love of big and airy windows, high ceiling living area, and a grand spiral staircase. It also had a four-car carport and a 60 sqm family room, perfect for family gatherings and celebrations.
We are hired as designers of the project with the scope of architectural and engineering drawings. The architectural interior design also scopes the incorporation of the existing furniture of the owner and adapts it to the interior design.
